Atrenta Selects Transfer Nederland as Distributor in BeNeLux Region; Widens European Distribution Network to Service Demand

SAN JOSE, Calif.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—Feb. 12, 2004— Atrenta(R) Inc., the Predictive Analysis Company, announced that it has partnered with Transfer Nederland BV to deliver its award-winning suite of SpyGlass(R) predictive analysis products to the BeNeLux (Belgium - Netherlands - Luxembourg) region. This new distribution relationship further extends Atrenta's presence in Europe which already includes a distribution network in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Israel, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland as well as a direct sales force in France and the United Kingdom. Transfer will provide the essential support and resources necessary for SpyGlass' growing customer base in Europe, which already includes more than a dozen of the leading semiconductor and IP companies.
